Policies

Payments and Refund Policy:

FULL payments must be provided upfront to begin on any project. All services are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the design process has begun and first draft concepts are sent out, there will be absolutely no refunds issued out. If for any reason you (the client) chooses to terminate your order, it will result in you forfeiting your designs with no refund. Refunds will only be issued at designer’s discretion.

In the event that a client is difficult to work with, Mel B Blueprints may decide to end any current projects with that client and issue a refund to the client.

Turnaround Time:

A select service’s turnaround time begins on the date the client has sent over all of the necessary information needed to complete the project. Weekends and major holidays are NOT included in the turnaround time of any project. Rush fees can be applied on all services except for Website Development. 2-3 day rush fees are an additional $50, and our same day rush fee is an additional $100.

Communication/Updates:

During the design process, it is important that all communication must be done within a timely manner between both the client and designer. If a client has not communicated with the designer within 5 business days, their project will be subject to cancellation.

Files and Revision Policy:

All clients will receive the following file formats depending on their requested service: jpg, png, svg, pdf. We do not provide .Al or PSD files to clients unless requested.

Clients are given (2) free revisions (color change, font changes, etc.). After the three revisions have been completed, a $15 fee per revision will be charged.

Redesigns are an additional $50 and will be applied per design. For logo development, if a client is requesting to see more logo drafts, the redesign fee will be applied.

Once the design has been approved by the client and final files have been sent over, no additional revisions can be made. If a client is requesting an additional revision, the redesign fee will be applied.

Information Deadline:

After you have booked a service through Mel B Blueprints, it is mandatory that you email all required information needed to complete your order within 48-72 hours after purchasing or your order will be CANCELED!!! We will not constantly send out emails reminding and asking customers to forward us their information.
